A specialty from the state of Sonora. This is an enormous, lightly fried burrito made with
a platter-size flour tortilla, filled with rice, beans and cheese. Served with sour cream &
guacamole. Chicken, Beef, Pork or Veggie.

Carne Asada
Grilled steak (thin cut) prepared Mexican style. Served with pico de gallo,
sour cream & guacamole.

Fajitas
A delicious south of the border dish. Chicken, Beef Steak or Shrimp grilled with
bell peppers & onions. Served with sour cream & guacamole.

Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
Shrimp sautéed in garlic and butter.

Camarones a la Veracruzana
Shrimp sautéed in Ranchero sauce with a touch of Tapatio Hot Sauce.

Coctel de Camaron (Shrimp Cocktail)
Served in a Margarita glass.
